saying that 4.0 was the new buzzword in industries in the modern age,
especially in the manufacturing sector. The designers of this concept are experts in technology. However human factor has not been given much importance. He said that we pay attention to technology without giving humans their due when
the fact is that humans are always there everywhere, whether in designing the
technology, using it in manufacturing goods and services, and society at large
which is the client of these goods. Hence need of every individual should be
considered in the system by means of the mediation process. Humans being the
greatest facilitators cannot be ignored.
