  • To Raise Awareness about the minority rights
  • To understand the aim of minority rights such as protection from discrimination, persecution and ensuring respect for distinctive identities.
  • To help students understand that Minority Rights are to ensure equal rights and respect for
  • Members of different communities.

   Brief Report:

  The event was held on the online platform Google meet. Rishita Rai hosted the event and enlighten the audience on various rights related to the minority communities in our country. The event witnessed the discussion and debates related to the importance of these rights in our country. The event concluded with

  Muneeba Khan narrating a poem spreading the message of human rights.

  Outcome:

  • Students spoke of advantages and disadvantages of minorities in our country.
  • Students were encouraged to bring in equality and respect each other.
  • Ensured non-discrimination and universal acceptability.
