- To make the students aware about courses to do to increase their knowledge
- Explaining what is CIMA and how to enrol.
BRIEF REPORT OF THE ACTIVITY
Mrs. Bhakti Rane, who was the Guest speaker-explain to the students about how the financial system works and solve all the doubts students have regarding the same. So she discussed the financial system and then moved on to the courses to be done by the students who are interested in it. She even told us about the program called CIMA.
CIMA stands for Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, which is the global professional management accounting body based out of the UK. CIMA offers training and qualification in management accountancy and related subjects. It is focused on accountants working in the industry and provides ongoing support and training for members. A CIMA certification is a great foundation for an MBA. A Chartered Management Accountant has wider career prospects beyond auditing and taxation.
The CIMA course helps in learning about strategic management.It is great for CA candidates who are interested in finance-related career opportunities at global-level companies.
