Objectives of the program :

1. To provide the students of Financial Management department information about the various career options they have after completing their graduation
2. To provide the students with information about various short term and long term additional certification courses they can opt for, for further enhancing their career

Brief report of the activity

The BFM Department in collaboration with Financial Planning Academy (FPA) organized & hosted a seminar especially for students of Finance & Accounts streams to guide them and appraise them of the various career opportunities available to them post the graduation studies and also give them

information about the various courses they can pursue after their graduation to boost their CVs. The resource person for the session was CA Pranit Jain from FPA who gave a wonderful insight to the students about these various options available to the students. The students participated attentively and they had a huge number of queries and doubts which were ably solved by the resource person.

The session was attended by around 115 students out of which around 43 were girls and 72 were male students..

Outcome of the program

1. The session opened up new avenues for the students of further education and enhancing their resumes by providing them information about a whole gamut of post-graduation
2. The session also cleared many different types of doubts and false presumptions that the students had in their mind about typical careers in financial management and broke their mind set and
