International plastic bag free day - 3rd July 2022

On July 3, 2022, the Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce and Economics' NSS UNIT observed International Plastic Bag Free Day. To discourage the use of plastic bags in the vicinity of the college and raise public awareness of the negative impacts of plastic, the volunteers distributed paper bags.

Objective:

This activity's goal was to make people aware of the harmful impacts of plastic.

Outcomes:

Lala Lajpatrai college volunteers distributed paper bags around Lala Lajpatrai College’s campus as a result of this effort.
