Report of Hunar 2K17 - 18th & 19th December 2017
Objectives
- To provide students of DLLE Unit of various colleges a stage to showcase their talent.
- To provide children associated with NGOs a stage to showcase their talent.
The event Hunar was organized by the students of DLLE unit of Lala Lajpatrai College of Commerce. It was a two-day event that was held on the 18th & 19th of December 2017. The chief guests were Marathi actor Shri Sushant Shelar and Shri Ganesh Surve, Marathi film Producer. Students from NGO – Each One Teach One had participated and children from its six centers in events like solo dance, singing, drawing, and recitation competition on the first day. Students of DLLE unit also participated in poster making, and rangoli making. Children associated with the NGO also participated in the competition held on the second day like the Debate competition along with a game show.
Approximately 100 students from the DLLE unit of Lala Lajpatrai College & 49 students from the NGO participated in this event to make it successful.
Outcome
All the participants got the opportunity to express their talents and learn from each other through teamwork. Each participant was able to showcase their talent in various fields.
