Brief report of the activity:
The flagship event of BAMMC Department of Lala Lajpatrai College, 'MEBIDO' was organized across three days this year.
Day 1 witnessed Entrepreneur and Partner Producer of 10 Color Productions, Parzaan Dastur Speak on the Challenges and Journey of an Entrepreneur in the media World. Having expertise in Short Films and Advertisements, Parzaan gave perspectives in various beats and fields of video making and editing course work.
Day 2 of Mebido focused on 'Environment' oriented issues. The fest witnessed Mr. Akshat shah and Mr. Shubh Mehta of 'Change is us' NGO who spoke on plastic pollution and the need to clean our beaches. The second half of the day witnessed Ms. Saher Bhamla of Bhamla Foundation speak on global warming and the need to enact preventive measures immediately.
Day 3 of Mebido generated students' interestat a large scale with a 'Personality Contest' rolled out in three stages. The Competition witnessed a Quiz Round, followed by an Introduction Round and concluded with a Question Answer round, judged by Zanaida Bhiwandiwalla. With over 10 finalists, FY student Anshika Awasthi was declared winner of the competition.
