Objectives of the programme:
- To discover the hidden talent in students
- To inculcate organizing abilities in them
- To develop a quality of team building
Brief Report:
Students of all departments of 6 different colleges gathered for a 3-day fest in the classrooms, Decathlon and the Auditorium for the last day. Our special guest Mr. Sudhir Sakpal, a Business Coach and Mentor started the program with introduction of himself and motivated the students. Principal Dr. Harmeet Kaur Bhasin and BBI Coordinator Dr. Vaidehi Kamath encouraged students with their speeches. On Day 1 the business and creative events organized were Market Skhetra, Carrom, Chess, Mono Acting, Cricket. On Day 2 the events that were organized were Research Presentations, Debate, Beauty Brush, Tug of War, Art Attack, Heena Hub. On the last day of the fest on the Day 3 were the cultural events like Solo Dance, Singing, Group Dance, Fashion Show, Mr./Mrs. Epitome.
Programme Outcome:
- It was found that the students have great organizing abilities.
- This programme helped them to be groomed further.
- The event helped them use the skills of team building, event planning and management.
