The college is committed to providing a transparent, fair, and responsive system for addressing grievances of students, faculty, and staff. In accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and other regulatory bodies, a Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted to ensure that concerns related to academic, administrative, or personal issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

The mechanism ensures that every individual is treated with dignity and that their complaints are resolved in a manner that upholds trust and accountability within the institution.

  1. To provide a fair, transparent, and accessible platform for resolving grievances of students, faculty, and staff.
  2. To address complaints related to academic, administrative, and personal matters in a time-bound and impartial manner.
  3. To promote a safe and respectful institutional environment by encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
  4. To ensure that no grievance goes unaddressed and that every stakeholder feels heard and supported.
  5. To improve institutional functioning and satisfaction levels by using grievance data for continuous quality enhancement and policy reform.
