Name of Committee: Internal Complaint Committee
In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the institution has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to provide a safe and secure environment for all women employees and students.
The ICC is responsible for addressing complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace, ensuring prompt Redressal, and creating awareness on gender sensitization. The Committee works towards promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and equality within the campus.
All complaints will be handled in a confidential and sensitive manner, as per the provisions of the Act.

- To prevent and prohibit sexual harassment at the workplace and ensure a safe, secure, and dignified environment for women employees and students.
- To provide a confidential and effective mechanism for the redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment in a fair and timely manner.
- To raise awareness and promote gender sensitization among all stakeholders through workshops, seminars, and training programmes.
- To uphold the principles of natural justice by ensuring that both the complainant and the respondent are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
- To monitor and recommend measures for creating an inclusive, gender-sensitive, and harassment-free institutional culture.
