Name of Committee: Women Development Cell
CWDC is the most important forum for female students, staff and faculty whose primary function is to ensure that women’s voice is heard and their needs are catered to within the college campus.
- To prevent sexual harassment in college campus by equipping the girls with self-defensive strategies through conducting self-defence training for them.
- To promote gender equality by conducting awareness sessions, sensitization campaigns, holding workshops and seminars on women’s rights and empowerment.
- To create a supportive environment and promote over all well-being of female students and staff belonging to diverse backgrounds by devising welcoming and friendly policies time to time.
- To conduct gender and safety audits to ensure a secure and inclusive campus.
